Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it — with original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, digital products, and items marked "final sale" at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sainsports.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the original item.
How to Start a Return Email us at info@sainsports.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to ship the item. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
